Professional Services

Airwolf 3D is committed to providing an outstanding ownership experience. As a result, we provide industry leading support programs for all our products. In addition, customers may take advantage of Airwolf 3D’s vast 3D printing experience through our Professional Service and Training group.

Technical Support –

Airwolf 3D provides unlimited technical support  through our technical support ticket system and on the phone for six (6) months from the sale or delivery date. In addition, customers may take advantage of our FAQs, 3D Printing Encyclopedia, blogs, and online videos at any time to answer their questions or simply gain more experience in 3D printing.

After six (6) months, customers may receive technical support on a pay-per-incident basis at a price of $79 per incident. Customers should be prepared to pay at the time of the call.

Extended Service Plans –

Customers may purchase optional ‘Pack Service Plans’ that extend technical support and service coverage for one (1), two (2), or three (3) years after the sales or delivery date. ‘Pack Service Plans’ provide unlimited technical and service support. Training Class –

Customers may ‘will call’ their products at Airwolf 3D’s corporate headquarters in Costa Mesa, California and receive up to two hours of complementary setup and 3D printing training. Arrangements will be confirmed at the time of purchase.

Customers within a 30 mile radius of Airwolf 3D’s corporate headquarters may elect for Airwolf 3D to deliver, setup, and provide two hours of on-site training for a fee of $250. Customers outside the 30 mile radius can call for a custom quote.

Warranty –

Airwolf 3D warrants its printers and its parts against defects in materials or workmanship for twelve (12) months from the original delivery date. The limited warranty applies to the original purchaser of the product. Full details can be found in the Airwolf 3D Limited Warranty.

Professional Services –

Airwolf 3D provides training and consultation on 3D printing and its related technologies. Courses range from basic to advance courses in 3D printing, 3D design, slicing and materials and are available at our facility or at your facility. Check our website for upcoming courses or contact us for a quote on a customized course.
