This solution will instruct you on the proper way to stop or cancel a print for any reason with using an AXIOM / AXIOMe / AXIOM Dual
Process:
If for any reason i.e., filament not sticking to glass, wrong settings, wrong type of filament, anything, cancel the print by pressing the red reset button on the Viki LCD screen. This will immediately stop the print and reboot the printer. You can then address the reason that you needed to stop/cancel the print.
You should not go into the menu of the Viki LCD screen and stop the print, this may cause issues with the commands being sent to the hot end and damage the printer.
