If HydroFill or nylon is exposed to humidity, printing performance can degrade quickly. However, EVO’s heated chamber will eventually dry the filament.

For best results, use a .8mm secondary nozzle for extruding HydroFill.  This will reduce back-pressure and support reliable filament delivery.

Prior to printing with HydroFill, make sure to prime the second nozzle. Once material is flowing, EVO is ready to print.

Every 20-40 hours of dual extrusion HydroFill printing, prime HydroFill through with PLA.  This should be done at 240C.  Remove HydroFill and load PLA.  Once loaded, prime PLA until all HydroFill remnants are purged.
